Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions explain what Top Offshore Betting Sites is, what it is not, and what you agree to when you read, use, or act on anything published at renegaderadio.org. We compare offshore sportsbooks that accept US players. We are a publisher, not a bookmaker: we take no bets, hold no customer funds, and settle no wagers. Every account you open is with the sportsbook itself, under its own rules, and its terms — not ours — govern your money.
You must be at least 21 to use this site, or 18 where a sportsbook's own minimum and your local law both allow it and you meet that threshold. If you are under the applicable age, stop reading here. If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24/7.
Who we are and what this site does
Top Offshore Betting Sites publishes research-based reviews, rankings and explainers about offshore sportsbooks, betting sites and betting apps that take US customers. Our editorial work is written and maintained by Luke Benson, with information checked as of Sep 25, 2026 and revised when operator terms change.
Everything here is general information. It is not legal advice, not tax advice, and not a recommendation that you should bet. You can read more about our staff and standards on our about the team page, and reach us through our contact form if something on the site looks wrong or out of date.
The legal position you accept before using this site
This is the part that matters most, and we would rather be blunt than reassuring.
- The sportsbooks we cover are licensed offshore — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica. A license in one of those places is not a US license.
- Accepting US players is not the same thing as being authorized to serve them. No operator on this site is licensed or regulated by a US State Gaming Commission or Gaming Control Board.
- For a US bettor, offshore sports betting sits in a legal grey area. Federal law is aimed mainly at operators rather than individual bettors, but state law varies widely and some states expressly prohibit betting with unauthorized operators.
- Some states run legal, regulated online sportsbooks; others allow retail betting only; others restrict or prohibit online wagering and racebooks entirely. The rules where you sit, not where the operator sits, decide your position.
- You are responsible for checking your own state's laws before you deposit. If you are unsure, consult a qualified attorney.
You also accept that US state player protections do not follow you offshore. There is no state regulator to complain to, no guaranteed segregation of customer funds, no state-run dispute resolution, and no backstop if an operator delays or refuses a withdrawal. Offshore sportsbooks may also lack the responsible gambling and self-exclusion tools that regulated US operators are required to provide. Our responsible gambling resources page sets out what help exists independently of any sportsbook.
How our rankings are produced — and what commission does not buy
Top Offshore Betting Sites earns money through affiliate arrangements. If you follow a link from this site to a sportsbook and open an account, we may be paid a commission. That costs you nothing extra and changes nothing about your account terms. It also does not decide position: a higher-paying operator does not move up, and a non-paying one does not get removed. We publish this here, in the terms, and not only in small print at the foot of a page.
Ratings on this site are editorial scores assigned by us. They are not customer review averages, not user polls, and not the output of any testing program. We have not deposited, wagered or withdrawn at these sportsbooks; our work is desk research — reading published terms, tracking odds and market coverage, monitoring payout reports and complaint patterns, and verifying licensing claims where they can be verified.
What we weigh, for a site focused on pricing and odds quality:
- Odds and pricing — how close a sportsbook runs to reduced juice on point spread and totals markets, and how its moneyline and futures prices compare.
- Market coverage — NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf, MMA and horse racing, plus prop bets, parlays, same-game parlays (SGP) and live/in-play betting.
- Payout speed and reliability, and the operator's track record of paying.
- Banking, including cryptocurrency betting, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer and voucher/player transfer.
- Bonus terms read in full — rollover, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility, not the headline number.
- Betting limits, site security, customer support and the mobile browser or app experience.
Where a claim cannot be independently confirmed, we say so rather than repeating operator marketing as fact. Odds and promotions move; anything time-sensitive is dated.
Offers shown on this site and the conditions attached
Promotions are listed as advertised by the operator at the time of review. They can change or be withdrawn without notice, may exclude residents of certain states or countries, and are usually open to new accounts only, one per person, household, IP address or payment method. The sportsbook's published terms always override anything summarized here.
Below is what our top-rated entries currently advertise. Every one of these figures is a maximum tied to a matching deposit or qualifying stake — none of it is free money, and rollover must be cleared before withdrawal.

How the three highest-rated entries are presented here
Lucky Rebel — ranked first on pricing, with the least public history
Lucky Rebel holds our top editorial rating because its posted prices on mainstream US markets and its sign-up terms compared well against the rest of the list at review. Its 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 free bet is the largest percentage-and-extra combination here, but it is a matched offer: you fund the 125% yourself, the free bet carries its own minimum odds and expiry, and rollover applies before any withdrawal. The genuine limitation is track record. It is among the newer names we cover, so there is less long-run evidence of how it handles large withdrawals or disputes than there is for the older operators below. Treat early deposits conservatively.
Bovada — long-running and widely used, but restricted in several states
Bovada earns its position from familiarity and consistency rather than the size of its bonus: 50% up to $250 is modest, which in practice means a smaller rollover obligation than the headline-grabbing offers. It is one of the most heavily used offshore sportsbooks among US bettors, with broad NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL coverage and an established payout history. The limitation is access and pricing: Bovada does not accept customers from a number of US states, and its odds on some props and parlays are not the sharpest on this list. Check eligibility before you deposit, not after.
BetOnline — deep markets and crypto banking, with terms worth reading twice
BetOnline is here for market depth — extensive props, live betting, soccer, golf and MMA coverage, plus a racebook — and for crypto-friendly banking that tends to move faster than card or wire. The advertised $250 in free bets requires a qualifying deposit and stake; free-bet stakes are not returned in winnings, and minimum odds apply. The limitation: its promotional terms are detailed and some markets are excluded from rollover contribution, so a bonus that looks straightforward can take longer to clear than expected. Crypto withdrawals also expose you to price volatility between payout and conversion.
Money, banking and what you are responsible for
Top Offshore Betting Sites never handles your deposits or winnings. All funding, fees and payouts are between you and the sportsbook. Broadly, the methods US bettors encounter offshore are bank card deposits (frequently declined by US issuers), bank wire, money transfer services, voucher or player-to-player transfer, and cryptocurrency. Crypto is usually the fastest route out and often the cheapest, but it is also the least reversible and its value can move sharply while a payout is in transit.
Before you deposit anywhere, confirm directly with the operator: minimum and maximum deposit, payout limits per request and per week, withdrawal fees, how many free withdrawals you get per month, expected processing times, and what KYC documents will be asked for. Lighter verification at signup does not mean no verification — most offshore sportsbooks run KYC at the point of withdrawal, and an unverified account is the most common cause of a delayed payout. We publish timings as advertised by operators, never as tested results.
What our content covers, and its limits
The site covers sports betting markets — point spread, moneyline, totals, futures, parlays, same-game parlays, prop bets and live/in-play betting — across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, horse racing through racebooks, golf and MMA. Most of these operators also run adjacent products: online casino sections, live dealer tables, poker rooms, esports and racebooks with their own separate rules, separate bonus terms and separate rollover. A sports welcome offer rarely clears on casino play, and casino wagering is typically excluded from sportsbook rollover. Read the two sets of terms as if they belong to different companies, because functionally they do.
Any betting tips, previews or angles we publish are opinion. There are no locks, no guaranteed winners and no reliable income here. Betting loses money for most people over time, and offshore betting adds the risk that a sportsbook delays or refuses to pay. If you want to see how we compare pricing across operators, our breakdown of where the best offshore odds are found explains the method in more detail.
Accuracy, liability and your use of the site
- We work to keep odds, bonus figures and operator details accurate, but promotions and terms change frequently and errors are possible. Verify anything material with the operator before acting on it.
- Content on renegaderadio.org is provided as is. We accept no liability for losses arising from betting, from an operator's conduct, from site downtime, or from decisions you make based on our information.
- You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share our pages. You may not republish our reviews, tables or rankings wholesale.
- We do not reproduce operator marketing copy or third-party editorial as our own.
- Links to sportsbooks take you to third-party sites governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
- We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Tax and legal questions
Gambling winnings are generally taxable in the US, including winnings from offshore operators, and reporting obligations do not disappear because the sportsbook is not US-licensed. State treatment varies. Nothing on this page is tax or legal advice — speak to a qualified accountant or attorney about your own situation.
Betting within your limits
Set a deposit limit before you open an account, bet only money you can afford to lose entirely, and never bet to recover a loss or to take your mind off something else. Offshore sportsbooks may not offer deposit caps, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion, so those limits may have to be ones you enforce yourself — including through banking controls or blocking software.
